The 2027 38 Float Factory E-Optimised fork is engineered to meet the demands of modern Enduro and aggressive All-Mountain riding,especially on the added weight and power of eMTBs. Built around the proven 38 platform, this fork delivers uncompromising control, enhanced sensitivity, and confidence at speed.

Refined with an updated chassis, the MY27 38 features an optimized stiffness profile, stiffer fore-aft for precise tracking, paired with controlled torsional compliance to maintain grip and reduce rider fatigue. Increased bushing overlap ensures smoother suspension action under load, helping the fork stay composed through high-speed chatter and heavy impacts.

At its core is the GRIP X2 damper, offering exceptional adjustability and consistency on demanding terrain. Combined with the latest Glidecore air spring system, the fork delivers a more supple initial stroke with improved support deeper in the travel, while the MCU bottom-out bumper softens harsh landings.

Purpose-built for 29” wheels and eMTB use, this Factory-level fork balances strength, sensitivity, and tunability, giving riders the confidence to push harder, longer.

Updated GRIP X2 Damper

The biggest update is the entirely new mid valve piston and valve stack (AKA main piston assembly). We kept the same high-fidelity valve stack, but updated shape of the valves. The shape of the ports in the piston are also different.

These updates build upon GRIP X2’s already award-winning suppleness while preserving support without the harshness.
